Do you know which areas of your body are most pleasurable for you? Are you connected to your own sexuality and sense of desire?
As our bodies change, where pleasure sits in our bodies can also change. This happens during major changes (post-partum or menopause) but can also just naturally shift over time.
Having an ecstatic self pleasure ritual as a part of your sexual repertoire will support you to continuously know your body and be on top of your own sexuality. This will empower you to communicate, share and enjoy experiences with your partner more fully.

Do you want to improve your emotional connection with your partner? Are you looking for new ways to boost your marriage bond? Do you feel like you are too busy and tired to connect deeply and don't know where to start?
In this episode I explain one simple technique called the eye gazing exercise, a non-sexual exercise that can be done in less than 10 minutes, but have powerful effect on strengthening your bond!
Instructions:
1. Find a time and space where you will be uninterrupted for at least 20 minutes. Set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes for this practice.
2. Either sit or stand across from each other- ensure you are comfortable.
3. Take 3 deep breaths with eyes closed.
4. Open your eyes and look into each others eyes, focusing on the left eye.
5. Breathe and notice how you feel. Let yourself be seen. Observe your partner, physically first, and then notice his/her subtle energies. Breathe.
6. Place your right hand over your partner's heart and allow them to do the same. Imagine sending your love to each other through your eyes. Allow any emotions to come up and breathe through them.
7. Close the practice by taking 2-3 deep breaths to yourself with your eyes closed.
8. Thank your partner with a hug or embrace.
