In this episode Kelsey Filip and I share our passion about a lifestyle where pleasure is fully accepted, embraced and encouraged. Many of us don't feel completely safe to open up to all sensations and feelings life can bring us. To allow ourselves to really feel. We talk about sexuality as something way beyond orgasms in the bedroom! What turns you on in life? Can you receive the pleasure in every moment? Here and now? Get useful tips to move from struggle or numbness to that few percentage of more joy, comfort or connection!
Is giving oral sex for you something enjoyable, bearable or in times rather disgusting? In this episode Kelsey and I tell our personal stories in giving oral sex. We share how it is possible to move from only pleasing or giving for the pleasure of a partner, to feeling the authentic impulses from within to pleasure (with) the tongue, the mouth and the throat. We can open up to new layers of surrender and trust, release stored tension through sex and open up our bodies, also in this tasty place!

Imagine schools where the cognitive learning is one important aspect next to many others, like relating, handling strong emotions, authentic communication and listening to the body. In the blogpost 'You Use Self-Pleasure For Everything?!' I discuss how (self-)pleasure can be a source of inspiration, creativity and renewed energy, but also a tool for emotional release and coming closer to yourself and your body. It got a lot of responses full of curiosity and readers opened up to share their personal story. A lot of men wondered, sometimes questioned, whether the same applies to male sexuality.
In this episode I interview Fredrik Swahn, a musician and tantra teacher. Above all, a man who has been immensily eager to explore himself throughout his life and isn't afraid to speak in the open about his personal experiences. Join us in this talk about the sexual experience of a man.

Yes, your pussy can be wild, powerful and strong. What's also similar between a wild cat and your genitals is that once they had a negative experience, it takes time to build the trust again. It takes time to (re)build a proper and pleasurable relationship. In this episode, Kelsey Filip and I are discussing how to move from numbness or pain to trust and pleasure in your vagina!
