Today is a topic very dear and near to my heart! Relationships and the dynamic of "twin soul" and how powerful they can be for your own ascension journey. No I don't mean some toxic romance I mean finding the true love of self inside out. Learning to let go of attachment to the past and to old ideas of relationships was one of the hardest and most fulfilling steps in my journey. Learning how to release resentment and anger. Listen in to my experience with an ex-girlfriend who for me will always be a grounding totem of unconditional love but once was extremely painful. This love changed me and showed me how to truly release and find unconditional love. She was a big part of how I found this love for myself even though she holds a lot of pain and resentment towards me I was able to forgive myself and find more love than ever. Learning to finally forgive myself truly and fully even when the other people wont. Giving my self grace for failing was one of the harder steps but definitely worth it. I know anyone out there going through their own awakening will connect to this episode!

Season 7. Episode 1.

I decided to start this new season by diving into some of the most debated and twisted concepts on earth christ consciousness, twin flames, and the christed-sophia. I guarantee that for some this episode will be awesome and others may call it blasphemy. The cool thing is that doesn't matter. I discuss my journey with the inner christ-sophia the inner union and balancing of the divine love. This union of true self to human self takes time and practice. We are all sons or daughters of god and part of god and can't be separated from us. Today I discuss the early stages of awakening and the inner anointed wisdom available to all of us. What is consciousness? I go into the spiritual twin flame journey and what ive found it to be and also what I found it not to be. These concepts are not for the faint of heart.

Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 6 Episode 4. Final Episode of the season. I setup the seasons based on general energy I have and I am learning to focus my craft. :)

Today is a longer episode. I tell a mini version of my story how many lines of deception I had to cross. How I lied to protect myself. This is no excuse but it's for sure part of my motivation for such a long period of my life. How do we get honest after so much lies and pain? Where do we begin to heal things that go beyond death?

Shame is no ally to us. Society has used shame for far to long as a corrective measure. Shame and the vibration have a purpose and are power guides to our truth or lack there of but its not an emotion to be used lightly.

Stigma and fear and fear of not keeping up with the joneses. I hope this episode brings some peace to others. Its longer and I apology for the volume. I am practicing with software and learning as I go.

Season 6- Episode 3

Today's episode is all about practicing being brave and courageous through the fear and anxiety of the wounded world. How do we become truth tellers in a world full up deceit. Everyone on earth must experience fear at some point in life and chose to let it rule your or to learn to master it. We are so much more than we know but past behavior and beliefs can keep us in a type of fear prison for far longer than we need.

Do you have things youre afraid to face? Does me even asking that question raise your anxiety? Go inward and learn to master this. Fear is a choice and although it seems like its not it is and through practice it can be understood and released.

Ideas based in fear dissolve as you surrender and learning what does the body feel like as you surrender and accept.

Yeah, it sounds funny. Surrender to fear, you mean give up? No, that's definitely not the answer but learning to surrender to your emotions and let them process. The power of the breath to heal us and to stay alive is incredible and overlooked far too often.

Right THOUGHTS, RIGHT WORDS, RIGHT ACTIONS. It really is this simple for manifesting a life you choose. Sometimes we can only do one of these and we have to persist with a new belief for a little while for it to saturate us as a new feeling.

Be brave and kind. Offer self compassion and extend outward. Have you ever learned how to truly breath? I'm serious most of us have no idea how to take a full breath and fear can keep your breath limited and short but practice and persistence will change this.

Welcome To Into The Mirror. Season 6. Episode 2.

What the F is truth? Do you think this is a funny question or obvious? I think we all don't realize how powerful we are when are thoughts, words, and actions are in alignment with our truth. We for so long are taught coping skills based in fear not faith and definitely not love. Do you know the truth? If you so, do you tell the truth when asked? Even better, do you tell the truth even when the status creepy quo tries to silence you?

I know truth is challenging but more at play here is learning to trust faith over the deceptive inner coward we all have roaming or trolling our inner profile.

I had to learn and it took practice telling the truth and I told so many embarrassing lies but only my own fear kept me from telling the truth and the shame of feeling too weak to speak the truth.

Truth tellers are needed but only people that get honest with their deceptions can become a truth teller.

I know how wonderful it feels to find the truth and to tell the truth and to generally be the truth. It's much better than that sick shame and creepy pretend-ville everyone else tends to live in.

Season 6. Episode 1. Alchemy and transmutation.

It's a year since we begin ''Into the Mirror" and the process of sharing my own love and my own healing for others to hear and share. So today in honor of the first episode Brody and I did on transmutation.

The music ends at about 1:44 minutes and the episode begins for those who want to skip but I would suggest a little minute meditation before the episode. Close your eyes take a few deep breaths and let the music fill your body this is a super helpful practice for alchemy.

Today I want to discuss a great topic of emotional transmutation and how it works. What is alchemy, is it turning lead to gold or something else? When I discuss alchemy or transmutation I think of healing and releasing old emotions and transmuting the energy from those emotions into a higher more peaceful energy or emotion.

I love alchemy and transmutation and since I have healed my old pains and wounds I have noticed a courage and calm that has replaced the fear and terror. I read from a great article and I will link that at the bottom. You should all READ IT!

Today really is a great episode for anyone in pain, angry, full of hate, fear, jealousy, shame and the list goes on. A true awakening ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES YOU FACE YOUR FEAR AND YOUR PAIN. If you don't you will remain in the karmic flow you're stuck in forever.

Welcome to Into the Mirror. Season 5 Episode 8.

Today is a great episode and I hope you find some inner truth through hearing my honesty of my life and how and what I did to truly heal. Religion, politics and other systems of control keep us stuck to the past and old traumatic events. We are programmed with divisive and hurtful self talk and it comes from insidious sources. I know for me my addiction began to heal when I learned to let go of all those beliefs I learned when I was a wounded child. The dogma of most religions on earth all have a tinge of you're unworthy unless you do it our way.

I believe in love, courage, and truth and I truthfully know the old way must and will go. The world can't be sustained through these karmic shame based methods for much longer. Hurt people hurt people but healed people heal people just by being honest. Join the light and I mean the real light. If you're feeling fear of a new world trust it and honor what your heart is saying.

This episode maybe a little too much for people living in the past so Im telling you know that having and open mind and heart is paramount to learning how to truly awaken.

Learning how we are all unity and separate all at the same time and we all the share this energy ocean so start sending good waves.

Today is a great episode and full of my story of awakening or the beginning of it and how it was then and how it feels now. It's a story of sheer crazy and I lost my mind for a while but it wasn't insanity well not all of it. Crazy is a part of great shifts of consciousness and ego deaths.

I have learned so much about myself and the ability of our mind and heart when working in unity. How addiction ain't no thing when you start from the heart space. Literally things that I never thought would heal did and things that seemed insane during my early stages of awakening were real gifts. It took work and it did take cleaning up my karmic past consequences to the best of my ability.

If you are reading this I know you are on the awakening path and if you want it will happen. I went from on the run from the law and relationships of real value. I was never using my real name and now I never have to make that stuff up deceptively again. I became brave and more honest over time.

THERE IS SO MUCH POWER IN YOU BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW THYSELF AND HONOR THYSELF.

Welcome To Into the Mirror. Season 5. Episode 6.

Open share and some real truth in this episode. It's been a wild month and more empath mastery for me. From panic to power.

I welcome may in and the great weather.

I hope everyone appreciates what I am sharing today as I know it's an intense subject. It's a great episode for those people that feel deeply and examine extensively.

There is a solution for your hurt and your crazy.

Yes, waking up can make you feel insane at first but if you slow down and go inward the whole universe opens up to you.

We are connected divine beings but if you need reasons and how something works before you can let it heal you.... Kind of a stupid way of living. It's based in fear.

We are all connected. I mean it. WE SHARE SPACE.

Stop running to outside people, places, things, for your peace. Go inside and find more love than you ever could imagine.

Until people recognize some basic truths of our reality, we will remain stuck in prison.

I personally don't like prison but if you guys all want to stay stuck than keep on separating and dividing. Good luck, make sure to keep your boots on and be ready to fight always or learn true mastery. Your choice.

We all are in prison at first but with truth and courage and really most of all LOVE. We can do all things and anything.
