This week I share some exciting news about a new project I have been working on and the release of it!

I am releasing a discord server called, Visions Of Sol Flowers (VOSF)! VOSF is a community of individuals wanting, craving, DESIRING true authentic healing, by being witnessed and held by others going through their own personal unknown awakenings. On this server, you will find a variety of channels that allow you to dive deeper into your spiritual journey. You will also find channels where you are welcomed to share your own knowledge, wisdom, and work with other Sol Flower members.

On another solo episode with me, I dive deep into our negative relationship with shame and caring what other's think of us. Thanks to my awesome woman's support group through The Intuitive Goddess, one of the incredible woman in the support group, Melissa, spoke about how we need to break-up with shame! And hell yeah we do!! Shame is such a life sucker and we are moving and grooving into a world where we do not have room for shame any longer. Also, while we are at it, we are letting go of holding onto the opinions of others. 

This is our life. We are the creators of it. We choose how it is written.

This week I had the absolute pleasure interviewing Amelie Noiseux, Coach Amelie. I met Amelie through Tiktok and just had to have her on my show!

Amelie is a Light Worker, Healer, Reiki Master, and Transformational Life Coach based in Canada.

On this episode, Amelie spoke about how her journey first began into the world as a flight attendant aspiring to travel the world that led her to where she is today. Over the years, Amelie has faced many life challenges related to post-partum depression, harsh self-judgement, insecurities, self-doubt, and more. She shines light that it our own self-judgement is what we fear the most, and that we are all inherently worthy beings, deserving of radical and profound self-love. Amelie emphasizes that, "we are not here to judge ourselves" and encourages us all to step into our greatness!

Do you find yourself holding back when you are around others? Have you ever been complemented and played down all your accomplishments? On this solo episode, I focus on how we need to stop playing it small in our lives. While my greatest hope is for everyone to go after all their dreams and goals, it's important to address the areas in our life that may be holding us back and causing us more harm than good first. Playing it small is an action we do to make others feel more "comfortable" when talking about ourselves. The thing is, we are all inspiring beings and deserve to shine as bright as we are meant to! Lets normalize being our own greatest motivator!
