The rapid changes and direct call of action to heal and move out of old patterns of our past is more apparent than ever. I sense many individuals growing, expanding, and moving through more discomfort in their lives then we may care for. The truth is our greatest healing occurs in the times of drastic situations and occurrences. When we are faced with the choice to succumb or surrender, it can be such a terrifying time, however, it often leads to our most powerful acts of self-liberation.

On this solo episode I describe the garden of gold that myself and many others are growing during this time. It is a place for a fresh start, new beginnings for rebirth of self and our worlds based on our own beliefs. I share a vulnerable side to my hardships working through my own struggles of remembering I am enough and my work is worthy. The spiritual growing pains have been strong and I am grateful for this space to evolve with all of you!

After attending Root & Rejoice, a circle for spring with Amber Dolan-Bath and Kathryn Sullivan, I have underwent one of the most transformative "full circle" experiences I have ever had thus far in my life. When I tell you I have been brought to tears many times in the last two days from the rapid awakening of self and the power of connecting back to a part of my being I witnessed in 2019 and then I truly believed died in March 2020; I am in literal awe and sit in gratitude for what I know now.

We can't avoid failure because failing is apart of all of our destiny's. Failure is our greatest test. Failure is opportunity. 

Without failing we would lack the ability to recognize true success when we see it. We would lack humility and modesty. But most of all, without failure we would never discover our life's purpose and what we need to do to achieve it. Our mindset, however, truly determines how we respond to failure, and how we use it as either momentum forward or the reason we gave up.

"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz, has been changing my LIFE! Do yourself the favor and read this book if you are truly ready for change in your life, and how you live it. 

The section of the book that inspired this episode was agreement number 4 "don't take anything personally." By taking things personally, we start creating our own personal hell built on a belief system that is not our own. Separating ourselves from the actions and behaviors of others is the key to our freedom.
