"Is there anything in our emotional baggage that we are carrying that is causing us to also show up with attachment?" 

On this weeks solo episode, first and foremost I am SCREAMING with excitement because this is episode number 50!!!!! AHHHH! The elated feeling is real and very much expressed, haha. *WARNING* Lots of shouting in the beginning!**

This week we are discussing being an empath without attachment to other people's emotions. For a wide range of reasons, empaths find themselves wanting to do what they do best and offer healing and a space to witness another, however, we need to learn to do this without finding ourselves too involved in other beings lives and feelings. I emphasize that, “for any second that you are outside of your own life and own being, you are not serving the greater good.” I ask you to reflect on, “how do you want to show up in this world as the healer you envision yourself to be?”

The topic today is around trusting ourselves, choices, and the way we go about our lives. The hardest thing for many of us is to make choices, yet we have to make them everyday. When we evaluate how our anxiety around making choices for ourselves affects our confidence in ourselves, we can see confidence more objectively. Confidences is a feeling within, it is not an outward appearance. Be brave in the ways you show up and choose for your life. It will be far from perfect, and there is so much beauty in imperfection.

I am back after a short break and what a blessing it is to be back! This week we are diving into the importance of establishing clear and healthy boundaries with ourselves. On this episode, we uncover a handful of reasons why many of us have struggled with self-boundaries which have led to lack of boundaries with others. For many people who have dealt with people-pleasing especially, enforcing boundaries is extremely uncomfortable and often times feels more undesirable than joyful. The process of healthy self-boundaries comes with many character building days, and we can choose to sit in gratitude for doing the best we can or sit in the bitterness of resistance. Whatever you decide, it is up to you.

"Hope rises in letting go." Many times in life when we face changes in our very well thought out plans we tend to resist. On this weeks episode I share a time in my life where I held much resistance that led me to distrust and feel hopeless, especially with my relationship with women. 

Mending my relationship with women has been very important for me to be able to receive love and openness from other individuals on my path. The lessons of letting go were once taught to us to feel dooming and scary, and yet I see now more clearly that there was always hope in the process of releasing what no longer serves us. We let go, not to distrust, but to learn to trust more deeply.

It has been a process releasing this burden I hold on myself to meet others expectation. I sit in gratitude for growth, awareness, and trust. Zoe Graman, Psychic Spiritual Counselor and Self-Liberation Coach for the awakening woman, joins this weeks podcast episode and shines light on the journey of the 'death of the good girl.' Zoe highlights how important it is in our shadow work for us to take notice of our own 'good girl' and how she cannot possibly exist as we step into our true wild selves. Through personal life experiences of stepping into the uncomfortable, and connecting with her body through sensual movement, Zoe found in her own journey just how important it was for her own sexual and sensual liberation to occur. Zoe expresses that for her, sexual freedom is the leading hand for her work, creativity, and expression of self that has allowed her to really uncover her own deep truths. It has not always been the easiest journey, however, Zoe's unwavering trust in her own intuition has taken and continues to take her on the most miraculous journey of self-discovery.
