Do you ever feel as though you could "lose" love? Have you ever felt like someone is "taking" your energy from you? Then I suggest you listen up closely to this weeks episode! 

Here's the truth I want to emphasize on, “there’s no way that someone can make you do anything or take anything from you when it exists within your own being.” You are the one who controls the way your energy moves and flows. When we feel like our energy is being taken away, it really is you actually giving it away. 

Be mindful of your self-talk, conversations with others, and the vibration you choose to socialize around, as those are all ways we could either be adding to our higher frequency or piling on the lower ones.

Birthday blues - BLAH and big ole MEH - am I right? For many years and even now if I am being totally honest, I have not always enjoyed my birthday, and this week I dive into why. I point out how, “things don’t start feeling better until we start actively working towards making it feel better.”

I am learning the ways to appreciate all the parts of my life I once scorned at and that includes my day of birth. It is a process of learning, “I am selfish when I do not take care of my needs and I am selfless when I choose to love me the most.” I no longer desire to feel "blues" on my day of birth, and through gratitude and allowing, I healing another piece of my inner child.
