On today's episode we are speaking about developing practical plans that are reasonable and feel good to our beings. It is not that we are failing everyday, it is perhaps that we are just planning way too much. It is imperative to create daily plans that are realistic and possible for you to complete. Whether you plan to rest, you plan to work, or you plan to exercise, whatever you plan to do, follow through with it in that specific area, then move on to the next steps of your daily goals. “That’s how you live, you live through completing the tasks of what you desire.”

“Your shadow side heavily attaches to what you feel your personal power is capable of, the level of independence that you have, and the way you balance your emotional sensitivity.” We all have a shadow side and while it isn’t the parts of ourselves we find most desirable, it is parts of ourselves we must give more love to. Understanding and becoming a witness of our shadow parts helps us gain greater control over our actions and more trust in our beings.
