In celebration of Into the World We Go podcast, I share how long it actually took me from beginning my podcast to finding flow in showing up weekly. The journey has had many ups and downs and often, full of lesson of self-reflection and honoring my phases of being in-between. My biggest advice for anyone working towards their goals or anything that is really important to them: take breaks, check in with your "why", and be curious and understanding during your seasons of in-between.

The start of this episode I am reading a poem called, "I Am Awake Now" by Me. The poem was inspired by a recent photoshoot I had done in the desert with the amazingly talented, Daniela Blagoeva. The experience left me speechless, elated, and flying high on life. On this weeks episode I share what this photoshoot in the desert felt like for me and the downloads that have followed. What does it mean to have undoubting faith? This week we explore the meaning of living in a state of undoubtful faith about our life and choices we make for ourselves. For far too long many of us have been existing from a part of ourselves that is fearful of what lives after we uncover who we truly are from our souls point of view and not our minds. May who ever is experiencing doubt and distrust, find the sign they need to turn back to their faith and trust in the unknown.

Practicality is what we are talking about today. In order for our dreams and goals to come into fruition we must be practical in how we get to where we are going. What are your plans? What are the stories that follow your ideas?

I understand well the stories that come into mind when going after your dreams, however, bringing our awareness to the fact that what hasn't actually happened yet is not real, and what we are creating is far greater than any fear that can come into our minds. It is important to note that when stories come into mind, your mind has normalize the negative thoughts. I strongly emphasize to get uncomfortable with pushing back on the old beliefs system you have been following.

I decided to push my own limits by practicing Sol-FULL Movement outside where I know people could see me. I was scared and worried which eventually led to a feeling of enlightenment and safety. This experienced inspired todays episode and what I wrote below:

Dare to be the most you you have ever been! The times these days are truly a mixed bag of discomfort and joyous freedom! The more we accept and commit to being our truest selves the more we will be tested and confronted with many stories attached to fears. Frustration and resentment follow a person when they fuel these stories of fears.

I am here to tell you that this IS your sign to be open to the joy that is burning to show itself within you and release these fears. Discover your own inner joy through accepting that times of change are uncomfortable and being uncomfortable is a great sign that you are making awesome efforts in your healing journey. It is a brave act to be so uniquely you in a world trying to be like everyone else. Dare to be courageous, Beautiful Beings, the world needs to know the real you!

Stop giving so much meaning to everything, is my message for today! What I have come to realize is we give a lot of meaning to EVERYTHING, bad or good. While giving positive meaning to something is a wonderful idea, I believe it can dance on a dangerous area of building unrealistic expectations of one self that ultimately can lead to disappointment. The goal is to always love thyself! However, what if loving one self is just accepting self as is. No overly kind words, and definitely no mean language. Just the acceptance and ability to look at one self and say, "this is me. I am. That is all. I. AM." 

We release judgement and forcing beliefs we do not obtain yet and we move into a state of radical acceptance. 

The book I read from in this episode is "Feeling Is The Secret" by Neville Goddard.

I am reading "The Universe Has Your Back" by Gabrielle Bernstein. I share a small reading directly from her book at the start of this episode. What I have noticed while reading this book is that often times I have resisted allowing women with larger platforms to be a role model for me. The reason for this is I have had old beliefs tied to judgement, competition, and feelings of even envy at times when witnessing other women living their life and goals in a why I imagine for myself. I am learning and healing these parts of myself and more and more awakening to the idea that abundance is for all and that what I see in others is the possibility of what lives within me. 

As we lean more into our empowered mindsets we are growing away from the urges to gossip and speak poorly about others (and ourselves). Spiritual awakening isn't the act of changing everything you are, it is really about coming into a version of yourself that is in alignment of grace, love, and encouragement for you and others that surround you. The changes we really want to see in people is heavily dependent on our ability to be clear and honest with our own words and our own perception of life around us. I send love to everyone's recovering ego and sit in gratitude for the hard efforts we putting in in our healing journeys everyday.
