Ever seen the movie Jeepers Creepers?  This is the real life story of the killer who inspired the movie!  Dennis DePue murdered his wife.  As he was discarding her body, he was seen by a couple out for an afternoon drive.  He soon began tailing them.  This brave couple circled back to where they had seen him burying a bloody sheet.  Had it not been for the couple, Dennis may have never been caught.  This story, and Dennis, are both VERY creepy!

In this episode we will discuss the disturbing story of Canadian serial killer, Robert William Pickton.  Between 1995 and 2001, Pickton is believed to have murdered at least 26 women, many of them sex workers from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, and fed them to his pigs.  He had admitted to killing closer to 50 women.  Robert lived on a pig farm, and sold sausage to his neighbors on several occasions.  The town council put out a warning to the citizens that Robert more than likely made the sausage from pigs that had consumed human remains.  There is so much more to this story.  It's truly unbelievable!  Also, we had a special guest for this episode, my bonus niece, Harlie Jane!  Check her out on her first ever podcast guest spot.  Love you guys!

In this episode, we continue our discussion about wrongful convictions.  Stephanie will be covering the tragic and triumphant story of the West Memphis 3, and the documentaries related to this story…mainly Paradise Lost.  If you don't know this story, this documentary is a must see! (WARNING!  The Paradise Lost documentary is very graphic.  It is definitely only for mature audiences.  Please watch with care.). This is the story of Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Miskelley.  They were all wrongfully convicted as teenagers, of murdering three young boys

Candice will be covering the case of Darlie Routier.  If you listen to this podcast, then you know how passionate we all are about Darlie's freedom.  #FREE DARLIE!!!  Darlie was wrongfully convicted of murdering her two young sons.  June 6, 2024 was 28 years that Darlie has served on death row.  An innocent woman, sitting on death row for a crime she did not commit.  It is an atrocity!

Just like the West Memphis 3, there are many documentaries about Darlie's case.  We have listed a few of these documentaries for both cases, below.  We MUST stop wrongful convictions, and stand up to our ever failing and flawed justice system.  All of these cases show that a wrongful conviction can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

This was a really long episode because we are so passionate about wrongful convictions, therefore we had to break it up into two parts, so Steph and I will cover our cases on the next episode.  Bet ya can't guess which cases we'll be covering! :0)  Shelby is back in the house for this one, and my brother from another mother, Alex, is guest hosting!  You guys will love him!  These cases will hopefully bring to light the fact that in some rare cases, justice is actually served, and by justice, I mean the exoneration of an innocent person who was wrongfully convicted by our ever corrupt justice system.  And of course Liz and Andi will liven thing ups with the Clink N Drink!  Please take some time to watch the documentaries regarding these cases.  Maybe, like us, it will inspire you to do something about it!

In this episode we talk about the tragic case of Elizabeth Ann Price.  Elizabeth worked the entrance gate at an offsite long-term parking area for the Lubbock Airport.  She was brutally attacked and murdered shortly after arriving at work that day.  Fifty years have passed and her case has just now been solved.  There is no real justice in a case like this.  Oddly enough, her case was linked to notorious serial killer, Henry Lee Lucas at one point in time.

Hi listeners.  In this episode we will cover the extraordinary story of Steven and Cary Stayner.  At the age of 7, Steven Stayner was abducted and held captive by a child predator for seven years.  After his abductor decided to take another child, Steven took matters into his own hands, in order save the child from the torture and abuse he had suffered.  He returned home a hero, but his brother Cary wasn't so impressed with Steven's new found fame.  His jealousy of Steven ignited an ominous fire in Cary that would spark a series of heinous murders in the nearby Yosemite National Park.  This story is unbelievable!  You won't want to miss this one.  Love y'all!
