For this episode of The Alchemical Mind, I dive a little bit into the history of hemi-sync. 

First developed in the 1950s by Robert Monroe as he experimented with sleep-learning, hemi-sync has been used for decades as an aid to mediation, sleep, and concentration, and interestingly enough, launched the concept of out of body experiences after Monroe's own experience with this technique. After a brief introduction, there is a 20 minute hemi-sync track which you can use in your own practice. 

Warning, hemi-sync tracks are very powerful and you should do your own research before using it. The Monroe Institute has some great material available for purchase as well, so if you want to dive deeper, get more straight from the source.
