I have only just processed this concept and reflected back on my own life to see if this is truely how I created my reality in the past.

Sophie shares her experience of being in such a heightened state of stress that she couldn’t eat breakfast, lived in constant fight or flight, and even hid a spare makeup palette in the disabled toilet, knowing that she would need to touch up her makeup after being verbally abused in heated meetings. Her vulnerable account of events brings fresh insight into how toxic environments can warp our sense of normality and take over our lives.

We also talk about the turning point, the moment Sophie finally trusted her intuition and started to look for alternative jobs.
