Camille is looking for guidance to see if she is on the right path.  She is looking to break into something new from what she is currently doing.

Since she isn’t doing it now, some may see her as unqualified.  Camille needs to figure out how to present herself in the way she wants to be seen.  It can look like a little out of the box networking.  It may be Camille calling in to set an appointment with HR directors with ways she can support them.  Once she lands the meeting, she may shift the conversation a little with focus on what she really wants to do.  

Going out and landing the appointments or conversations can be the trickiest part since you never know how the person is going to respond.  Some people see a no as a no while others see a no as a not yet.  

I challenge anyone listening to hear the no as a not yet.  It gives you an opportunity to circle back and follow up.  Use mediation to bring down the walls that you are running into.

Kaity joins today with questions regarding navigating her own family relationships and breaking generational curses.  She feels like the black sheep of her family.  Kaity loves her family but wants to do things differently.

I see that Kaity has already been doing the work and can tell that she feels stuck on what to do next.  She feels so much like her family, but so different all at the same time.  I ask her the tough question “What is one thing that you would like to see change?”

We come up with strategies as she works through her own trauma as she parents her own two year old.  There are going to be times that Kaity when parenting is going to have conversations with ‘little Kaity’ when things arise with the 2 year old.  Talking and listening to ‘little Kaity’ is going to help her heal and break through the barriers.

Kaity needs to find ways to tap into her creativity.  Her gifts and talents are worthy of being seen.  Kaity has the ability to throw things together, but she just doesn’t know how.

Jane joins me today with a question regarding her long term relationship status.  She is  a person that leads with her heart and feels a little overwhelmed by the options she has in her dating life.

I see two main suitors that come up: Intense and Squirley.  Both suitors have good hearts.  Intense brings out worries from the past but what I see is this person is very much different than those from the past. Intense is going to really try to understand Jane and woo her.  He is also a workaholic.  What happens when he retires to the relationship?

Squirrely isn’t going to know how to woo and love Jane in the way that she wants and needs.  He also has a lot going on in his own personal life.  Squirrely doesn’t know how to sit still.

Jane is in the space where she is a few years away from being an empty nester.  She needs time to evaluate their personalities and figure out what is going to work best for her life moving forward.  Jane’s person may not even be one of these two suitors.

Sandra joins me today with a question regarding where she should go with her career.  expanding her business.  She wants to figure out her next steps.  Sandra wants to find that thing that fuels her and fills her soul.

During our conversation, Sisyphus comes up as a vision for her.  Sandra is always pushing her rock up the hill.  She is one that will keep pushing up no matter what even if at times she gets squished by that rock.  Sandra has had opportunities in the corporate world but she doesn’t thrive there shown by wilted flowers in my visions.   

There have been times that she has been told no to things that she thought she wanted, however rejection is protection.

I see Sandra becoming bold in her next career steps.  I see her with If she follows in that path, her cup is going to be full and celebrated.

The universe hears our words and doubts are real, but words matter when asking for what you want.

Kayla joins me today with a question regarding expanding her business.  She has gone through pros and cons about whether she should expand the business or not.  Depending on the day her decision of how she feels changes from yes to no.

With Kayla going back and forth with her decision, the conversation opens up into trusting your own intuition. What can saying yes to the opportunity bring to your life? Is your decision not to do something fear driven?  Is the decision not to make the move because there is something else better coming down the line?

Tina Fey says “Say yes and figure out the rest later.”  Saying yes can lead to so much joy and opportunities, but can also open you up for the chance of failure.  I remind Kayla to remember that this isn’t her first business. She has the ability to bring her ideas and successes into a new location.  

Understanding that no matter what decision you make you have the ability to shift, change and adapt.

We discuss strategies neurodivergent people (ADHD, ASD, dyslexia etc.) can use to improve their mental and physical health as well as their performance at work. 

Jeremy has come to accept his own neurospicyness (ADHD + ASD).  As a result, he is leaning more into his strengths and not beating himself up for struggling with some things other people find easy.
