  • Learning to Trust Ourselves

In this episode Tyler Pearce and I have a conversation about Learning to Trust Ourselves, by first learning about what our weaknesses were/are and working with Jesus Christ to change them into our greatest strengths.

Tyler shares his personal story about feeling his inadequacies as he explored new avenues for work after feeling like he was stuck in a job he really didn't like, and learning to disregard the negative talk he had for himself as he pursued a master's degree to be able to leave said job. I share my experience with learning about being autistic in my 30's and how the way I process thoughts and emotions, which used to frustrate and embarrass me (specifically relating to my oddness with guys), has become one of my greatest strengths.

    Enjoy the Q&A!

  • Learning to Believe

I'm excited to share my personal journey of learning to believe with you guys, in hopes my story gives you hope that even amidst struggles, trials, sin, and confusion, believing in Jesus is possible and freeing.

There's also the "learning" part of "learning to believe" I want to explore with you and why it's important to actively pursue learning, specifically learning more about yourself, why you say, think, and do or don't do certain things, as well as why God commands us to seek learning even by study and also by faith (D&C 109:7)

  • Feeling Light

In this episode I share how I actually feel light, light being another word for specific divine guidance, or insight , direction, and correction from God.

I talk about why it helps to work with God in understanding the type of learner you are, why there are no coincidences in life, how meditation helps us learn to build greater trust with God and ourselves, and how Jesus is literally in all things, and helps us with all things.

  • Choose the Light

In today's episode, I focus on more of the fundamentals of how to use/embrace the Light of Christ to help us build connections with God, ourselves, and others vs. specifically focusing on what the Light of Christ is (Episode 4 of Season 1 is all about what the Light of Christ is).

A few questions I answer during the episode, which I just realized was more of a group coaching call about the subject, are...

Why does following the Light of Christ help us to better our relationships? And How?

How do I choose the Light? And how can experience being in the dark help me better choose the light?

How do we better see the light? Or make Christ brighter in our lives?
