Our special guest today is Cytel Schults! She is my favorite healing musical guru who knows, feels, and understands the flow of music in our souls. She specializes in helping women hear and express their souls through music. What I feel is really great about Cytel is she seeks to teach what she knows and chooses to use Heaven's guidance to help her in the work she has been called to do. Cytel embraces using her Spiritual Gifts and talents, she is keenly aware of what songs, lyrics, and melodies to share with individuals to enlighten, empower, and help them feel better in their lives.
Season Four Premier Episode is with the every amazing, Naomi Fox Reina! Naomi is an Astrologist who shines additional light on our understanding of Astrology and the importance of the day and time of our births! She shares why knowing more about the planets alignment at the time of our births can be empowering, how better understanding the stars helps us better understand ourselves and others, as well as our Father in Heaven and Savior Jesus Christ. She helps us understand why our actual thoughts, feelings, words, and actions can be impacted by the stars.
Hunter Hansen from The Life Autistic on YouTube created a video Could you be autistic and not even know it? where he talked about 15 signs of undiagnosed autism. You should watch it.
I felt compelled after I watched it to share my experience of self-diagnosing my autism as I came to understand each one of these 15 signs in my own life over the last few years. I tell you what Hunter talks about in his video and then I personalize each sign with my own experience.
Here is a list of some of the resources that I've used to learn more about autism:
2E info: https://brightandquirky.com/bright-quirky-101-a-quick-shareable-overview-of-twice-exceptional-2e-kids/ A few common autistic traits I have and others I know have: Catastrophizing - https://www.autism.org.uk/advice-and-guidance/professional-practice/autism-catastrophising Critique- https://www.aane.org/sensitivity-to-criticism-advice-for-parents/ As well as information about RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria - which is common in ADHD folks. I honestly might also be ADHD, but I haven't looked as fully into that as Autism. Let's just say I would not be at all surprised by a dual diagnosis one day) Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria -- Causes and Treatment (webmd.com) Autistic Burn Out: https://www.spectrumnews.org/news/autistic-burnout-explained/ Aspie Quiz (a researcher out of the Netherlands put together a quiz I found that started my autistic self discover journey): https://rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php As well as various Autism groups on Facebook and some IG accounts I looked over and researched for other people on spectrum experiences. Hunter's IG @the_life_autistic and @theautisticlife (I have no idea their name, I can't find it anywhere, lol. I like their account though).
In this episode I share with you my experience with overwhelm I had been experiencing the last month or so. I also share how I came to understand embracing who I am and serving God by being true to who He created me to be. Oh the adventure of struggle, overwhelm, and learning to understand ourselves.
So many things in my life I have learned because I can easily see in others what I am not at first seeing in myself.
This week I talk about how I learned how I catastrophize and how to control the way my brain thinks and perseverates on disastrous storylines that make their way in to my thinking.
In this episode I discuss my fat, as well as my journey of discovery that my health, specifically relating to my journey of weight loss and weight gain, is in direct correlation to my relationship with Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father.
There is so much more to learn about this topic of "My Fat", I feel I may keep discussing what I'm learning mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually along this journey of re-connecting with Heaven to better my health. Let me know if it's a topic you're interested in hearing more about.

A new season is upon us.
In this first episode of Season Three I share insight to expectations we have for ourselves, as well as my inability to understand context in conversations and learning to teach myself how to be hyper-aware by going into a "fight/flight" response to understand what was going on. Heightening my senses for increased context comprehension.
I also share podcast updates, give you a whole new beginning and ending sequence and strive to show you a way my autistic mind works.
Here is to a new chapter and new adventures here on Intuitive Life: Co-Creating Your Life with Jesus Christ.
I am learning to be my authentic self. On this episode I share my struggles with finding my authentic self and my reality of learning I am on the Autism Spectrum as an adult with insights to how I think in equations and my experience with "masking". Tune in to learn how to continue on your journey to better understand yourself.
