In today's episode, I'm bringing you along as I continue to explore Angel Reiki and the benefits of energy healing. I had a volunteer recently ask me about my studies and how I feel. Excited what the best way I could find to describe the honor of being a channel, learning to work with angels, and deliver loving positive messages while feeling the energy flow.

 

Angel Reiki is a beautiful practice that I am learning and training in. I am learning my gifts and creating my own healing modality to help others. What you experience as the recipient of an energy healing session varies based on what you need at that time. There is always a feeling of peace, and calm.

In today's episode we're talking about how upleveling isn't always pretty. We are souls having a human experience, and as humans learn by experience and we sometimes we don't like to do things unless we feel we have to. 

Today we will let the light in, and see if that difficult time you're having is just a sign you're evolving.

If you're going through a difficult, confusing, or overwhelming time right now, give yourself grace. Be the light for yourself and for others. Keep going, and look for signs that this is all about you growing your metaphorical wings, like a beautiful butterfly.

In today's episode we're talking about the glory of rest. I'm going to annoy myself with this episode. Usually when I see content on the importance of rest, I scroll on by. Don't you skip this and go to the next! 

I'm a do-er. I love checking things off the to-do list. It's fun for me. I love crashing at the end of the day and thinking damn, look at how many mountains I moved on a Tuesday. I'm amazing. 

But you know the fault in that premise? It assumes my value comes from what I can do. And not innately from who I am. This is a slippery slope for me.  This year I am diving into the energy and being side of life, and lately I've been craving more rest. 

In this episode, I'm stacking up evidence for rest, so you too can give yourself permission, and dare I say find pleasure and value in the slowing down sometimes.

After a few weeks break from the podcast, I am re-energized with lots of ideas buzzing in my head, and excited to see what 2024 brings.  In January, there's lots of goal setting buzz. I very much appreciate and value the importance of being intentional with your time, and goal setting.

 

But this year I've been leaning more towards the energy side of the equation and not just the doing. Life happens with both the being and the doing.
