Is your fear of rejection preventing you from taking action on your product ideas? To become a successful inventor and launch your product onto the market, you must be willing to face rejection. Let the words of successful inventor-entrepreneur Aaron McGill, creator of the Yary Kidz potty training innovation, inspire you.
The Yary Kidz potty trainer can be attached to a toilet seat without tools in seconds. Growing up in Liberia, Aaron didn't think of himself as an inventor. But a decade ago, when his second child needed to learn how to use the toilet, he was inspired to invent a better version of the two central systems available on the market. One required that he place it on the toilet and remove it every time, meaning he always had to help his daughter. The other required replacing his existing toilet seat entirely!

Neither was ideal, so he decided to invent a solution that was convenient for the whole family, portable, and could be used independently by the child. After many rejections, he succeeded!
In 2019, he won investment money on Switzerland's version of Shark Tank. Today, his invention is selling in the biggest supermarket and housewares chain in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
"You don't have to be perfect. I didn't have a business plan. No capital. I don't speak perfect German. I've had so many rejections in my life, one more doesn't matter. Inventors need to accept rejections! I'm so happy to be part of the inventRight family. The information, mentorship, and knowledge I learned are priceless." — Aaron
