Emerging from the foggy thresholds between Lille and Berlin via LBJ Records, ‘Spookie’ marks a nocturnal alliance between French duo You Man and the restless dark disco outfit Local Suicide...With a heavy-footed kick and a convoy of metallic synth layers, ‘Spookie’ opens like an engine coughing to life beneath dim-lit lights. As the momentum thickens, the track shifts into a slow-motion cyclone of haunted vocal loops, operated by Vamparela’s spectral intuition. By the midpoint, the mood subtly morphs into quasi-Eurohouse chords beaming through the haze like the first hint of sunrise.

NYC-based Hidden Recordings return with ‘DSC031 - DSC033‘ EP from label boss Deepak Sharma...Our pick is the closing track, ‘DSC033’ - a 136 BPM techno power surge built for peak-time euphoria. Teetering between smoked-out inertia and mind-bending ecstasy, it melts into a magma of Teutonic polyrhythms, where tension-laced synths, steamy whistles, and industrial toms drive through a high-pressure techno landscape.

Presenting their fourteenth release, today London-based Soul Quest Records issue ‘A Ghostly Tryst‘ from off-kilter production outfit Berkeley Hunt...Our pick is the original version of 'Wicked Sins' – a crooked broken beat burner sizzling a cauldron of introspection. Sitting somewhere between the lines of a bossa nova shaker and saturated VHS feedback, convulsing beneath drunken drums and dissipating jazz.

Bristol-based Common Ancestors Records present 'Shore', the latest digital release from New Zealand-born, now Copenhagen-based sound and video artist Fred Small, working under his production alias raptAGOG...Our pick, Estuary, draws listeners into a 134 BPM submersion of space-delayed echoes and staccato rhythmic frameworks, while Small’s spectral tones flicker like rogue transmissions on the edge of perception.

Berlin-based italo-disco record label Slow Motion mark their return with the full-length release 'Cafe Futuro', the sophomore album from label boss Franz Scala...Our pick is the fifth track ‘Saxon Rebel’ - a sleek, hyper stylised descent into the nocturnal undercurrents of Northern Germany. Co-produced by Local Suicide, the track operates at a steady 120 BPM, maintaining an unflinching tension without ever rushing. Acid-washed synth lines snake through layers of gleaming new beat arpeggios, while Vamparela’s Greek spoken-word passages lend an air of ritualistic mystique. The result is a seductive time-warp, where fragments of ancient rites and sci-fi futures converge into an hallucinatory dancefloor reverie.

Buenos Aires-based platform Sonôsfera teams up with Berlin’s Danzee and EX:IN | IN:EX to present 'Music For Horses I & II', the latest vinyl release from Argentinian sound artist Primeiro...A standout moment from the release is the slowed-down version of 'The Appearance' - a besotted medley of rearranged harp chords, warped synths, and micro-glitch drum patterns. The result is a a lofty composition of sublime ambiance.

Berlin-based record label Wie Ein Gott prepare to unleash ‘Sledgehammer‘ from Berlin-based producer XTR Human...Our pick is Baha‘s version of ‘Sledgehammer‘ thanks to its warehouse-primed techno sermon infused in euro-trance sweat. Kicking off with smoked vocals and horror-score synths, the track plunges into a blackout of breaks. As the track evolves, thumping kick-drums intertwine with bleached arpeggios and decayed monologues, wrapping the audience in a climax of ecstasy.

Following up records from Hame and Kareem Ali, Bordeaux-based label Noire & Blanche line up 'Azura' EP from Newcastle-born producer Edmondson...Our pick from the EP, ‘Every Night I Dream of Catching Trains’, unfolds like a half-remembered dream, drifting through the hidden corners of the mind. Distorted transmissions mirror a celestial spectrum filled with stretched-out piano chords and ultra-filtered sax phrases, while Edmondson's rumbling train blasts off with his highly-arranged deep house rhythms.

Sound Avenue sub-label Crossfade Sounds prepare to release the debut dub techno EP from UK producer Sam Ashton, now operating under the name Tharn...Across three tracks, 'Seek' traverses the borderlands between memory and mirage. Merging celestial dub, meditative minimalism and early-morning introspection. Our pick is lead track, 'Seek' emerging like a mantra whispered through analogue dust, its frequencies wander in vaporous delay. Hovering somewhere between the sacred and the sleep-deprived.
