Here are your hosts:
Logan Freeman brings over 5 years of real estate experience to the team starting his real estate career with a single-family rental portfolio where he executed over $50MM in acquisitions. From there, Logan moved to Clemons Real Estate where he was the leading salesperson year over year as he created, lead, and executed a unique strategy for representing Buyers in 1031 transactions.
Logan oversees the Investor Relations and Marketing Divisions at FTW Investments and contributes heavily to its project sourcing and capital raising efforts. Logan leads XchangeCRE, an affiliate of the firm that assists 1031 exchange investors in identifying replacement properties and other tax-advantaged reinvestment strategies including TIC investments with FTW Investments. Logan leverages his people skills and transaction background to drive new acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations. Logan is a voting member of the firm’s investment committee.

Parker Webb brings over 8 years of real estate experience to the team starting his career with Newmark Grubb Zimmer and then Midwest Retail Properties (now MRP Capital Group) before starting his first real estate venture, Third Space Property Group. Parker has been involved in all aspects of real estate including sales, leasing, property management, entitlements, development, tax incentives, capital raising, and asset management.
Parker oversees the asset management, property management, and construction management divisions of FTW, contributes to the deal pipeline and capital raising efforts, executes operations

Cory Tuck has a background running a Family Office investment fund for 14 years before venturing out on his own and eventually co-founding FTW Investments. At the Family Office, Cory oversaw the investment of controlling and non-controlling interest in private and microcap companies as well as overseeing the funds broader, diversified investment strategy. Cory got his first foray into real estate through the Family Office’s investment in an affordable housing developer that they took from 500 to 6,000 housing units across the Midwest and South.
Cory oversees the Acquisitions team including deal analysis, project due diligence, debt placement, fund/syndication strategy, is active in the firm’s investment research, and is a voting member of the firm’s investment committee. Mr. Tuck brings over 15 years of investing experience to the company.
