Iowa has experienced a lot of roster turnover this offseason, with high-impact talent off to the NFL. But the most important returning starter is QB Spencer Petras. While the Hawkeyes have sat comfortably with 8-9 wins every season, they'll be relying on the second-year starter to take them over the top.
