Hey Loves, Mature relationships allow us to love and grow old together without feeling as though we lost ourselves. Most of us date or get into a relationship without realizing that we aren't emotionally mature enough to contribute to a healthy relationship. We must be real with ourselves because if we aren't we can become toxic and damage people who will in turn damage someone else.

Hey loves, this weeks episode is extremely difficult. I was scrolling through twitter when I came across this very disturbing thread where this woman spoke about her near death experience and traumatizing birth story by force of medical intervention. This story will never sit right with me because there are people in this world who think this is ok. This is an attempted double homicide.
