The identities of the deceased have not been released, but one is a woman and the others are men.

That was the statement from Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness, following a tour of hurricane battered St. Elizabeth today.

He explained that he arrived in the parish by air  and observed almost all buildings without roofs.
