Young Jamaicans are being challenged to become the generation  that strengthens the country's democracy, building on the foundation laid by national hero Norman Manley.

The call  came from Culture Minister Olivia Grange as she addressed a floral tribute marking the 133rd anniversary of Manley's birth.
