According to the Independent Commission of Investigations, (INDECOM), 15 people have died in incidents involving the police since January 1. The latest incident occurred yesterday in Hodges St. Elizabeth where 44-year-old Layten Nembhard was fatally shot in an alleged confrontation with lawmen.
