How Jordan transformed himself at his lowest
They say the two most important days in one’s life are the day you were born and the day you find out why you were born, your unique purpose.
My interview with Jordan was quite a revelation and confirmation of how one can find his/her purpose.
Jordan discovered his purpose in a place of pain, a point in his life when he had to define what ability really meant to him.
Today, Jordan battles insurance companies lobbies government officials and uses his voice to broadcast the inequities faced by the least-advantaged members of his community. The foundation he founded has raised just under $3 million and has helped around 70 children — 58 of which are currently in the program.
I encourage you to listen to Jordan, as he shares his story on how he found purpose and the journey so far

What do we see when we look in the mirror physically and internally?
Who are we truly?
What are we mirroring?
Blaise was a girl that hated herself her entire life but masked it by being an over-achiever, trying to get her value and worth based on her doing than being.
Do you find yourself looking like you are at your A-game or feeling the need to "over-achieve" to validate your existence and purpose?
This week is the perfect moment to mold the real you.

Like so many of us, Jennifer wanted to check all the boxes, the traditional thresholds of success as determined by society, family and/or friends.
By the time she was 25, she had checked each of those off her list yet something was still missing. a sense of unhappiness and unfulfillment lingered still.
So what should change?
What next?
If you find yourself asking these questions, then you mustn't miss the next episode on "IRISE Conversations with Joan".
Jennifer shared what true success should mean having lived life on both ends of the spectrum.
