Alvin Pere-Cruz is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer. Alvin has his Masters in Organizational Leadership. Alvin also holds a blue belt in jiu-jitsu.
Amanda's Brown is a registared dietician and nutricion coach who recieved her dietetic dare from Kansas State University. Amanda has her own buisiness Amanda Brown nutrition LLC.
Maggie Kneidel is my neighbor and aspiring social worker. We chat about all kinds of things and it was a great time.
Bryce Campbell is blue belt, graduate from the university of Kansas and an aspiring traveling martial artist. We have a great time going deep!
PJ O'Neil is a tree climber, rat lover and BJJ blue belt.
Trevor Rivers has his Ph.d in ecology and evolutionary biology. Trevor teaches at the University of Kansas and 3 stripe black belt and partner at Rivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Deja Jackson is a Doctoral student in education at Minnesota State University-Mankato. She is researching women of color in sports and their mental health. Deja is also a former collegiate athlete and Brazilian jiu-jitsu blue belt. She also has her master in Mental Health counseling.
