Episode 046 - Bryan Lynch is a Lieutenant with Colorado Springs Fire Department. Bryan has been a lead instructor for his department's annual Truck Academy and developed his department's Ground Ladder and Ventilation Programs. Bryan is also the co-founder of Irons and Ladders LLC.

We talk about 'senior man' responsibilities when it comes to training new members in the fire service, and how there can be huge value in failing in front of your peers (with sufficient preparation of course).  Bryan also gives advice on how to train when your department's culture doesn't support it, and why setting expectations with your crew is of the utmost importance.
