Therapy... something we have all more than likely considered but haven't taken the plunge. For the first episode of 2021, the [ir]Regulars sit down with a very special guest. Liv, a clinical mental health counselor, speaks to what drove her to pursue her profession, what a "normal" day looks like from her perspective and much more. Bobby and Kaity discuss their experiences in therapy while Liv provides her point of view from the counselor's perspective.

The last day of 2020 is finally here and we can all agree that we're ready to close the door on this sh*t show. The [ir]Regulars want to keep it short and sweet for you this week as it is Christmas Eve! Before we wish everyone a happy and safe holiday, we have some news to drop. 2020 has been full of surprises. Stay tuned all the way to the end...we saved the best surprise for last.

Should you be rewarded for just showing up?! The [ir]Regulars dive into the topic of 'participation trophies' when it comes to sports. Featuring Zac Fryling, 4x Division 1 NCAA Wrestling qualifier for West Virginia - helping us dissect what the issues are with giving out participation trophies for just showing up and really where this topic stems from. 

Sarah is back from getting the 'rona out of her a$$ - kidding. Which, is on par for this week as the [ir]Regulars give their opinions on COVID - which consists of Sarah yelling into the microphone and Bobby presenting his arguments in a calm, cool, collected manner. *Remember, these are two idiots sharing their opinions and not real scientists with facts - take that into consideration while listening. Do not get offended [or do, honestly, who cares].

Sarah gets Rona’d in the butt - kidding, but she got exposed, leaving Bobby without his PIC but the show must go on. Tyler, a long time friend of Bobby, comes on the show to share his opinions on drug addiction from a paramedic’s point of view. Also, featuring a story so wild it will leave you on the edge of your seats.

Sarah’s coworker, Jaime, joins the [ir]Regulars and boy do Sarah and Bobby have questions for her! Jaime is a conservative bisexual from Brooklyn, and her story is one for the books. 

The Boyz have themselves a day at an incredible event while Sarah slept the whole day away. Returning from the epic journey, for the first time, [ir]Regular hosts TWO guests and a live audience [of 5 people]. Sarah gets drunk and goes MIA - leaving Bobby and the Boyz to recap their adventure and discuss an event they went to that is the ultimate form of exercise [not just for the body, but also for the mind].

The [ir]Regulars sit down with comedian and photographer Mike O'Malley as he reminisces about his upbringing, living under a bridge, being adopted, etc. and how this [ir]Regular life has shaped him into the person he is today. Ending the show by challenging his views on the philosophical question - 'does everything happen for a reason?'

The [ir]Regulars host their first guest, Scott. Bobby doesn't stfu about Architects. Sarah drives around in silence like a serial killer. Scott’s voice makes the ladies’ panties drop. And if you don’t listen to metal music [or at least try it out] after this episode...then Bobby and Scott didn’t succeed.
