The New York Islanders lost to the Ottawa Senators 3-2 in a shootout. It's the third straight loss for the team to a non-playoff opponent and it happened after head coach Lane Lambert was tough on the team in practice Monday. But there was not enough urgency on the ice for most of this game and too many of the same mistakes kept taking place. So is Lambert losing the locker room?
