With all technology, there is a positive use and a negative use. It’s not the technology that abuses us; we abuse technology.
We often get to choose the influencers in our lives, and while there’s nothing inherently wrong with admiring social media voices, we risk losing a balanced perspective when the diet of our minds is mostly made up of junk food. Let’s look at four indicators that you may have allowed yourself to drift into a zone where cultural influences have become time-consuming dictators of your life, and what you can do about it.
