That’s why financial waste is a sign of weak leadership. Out of the 365 Billion Dollar budget in 2024, the DOE spent:

-$373 million on DEI training grants instead of real education.
-Over $100 million spent on DEI "initiatives" that don't improve student performance and in some instances had more federal administrators than teachers in some districts—how is that even possible?

As always, Ron and Kristin provide real solutions to this colossal bureaucratic problem and look at some of the governors who are taking matters into their own state's hands to improve education.
