Remember how Texas was going to go slow in reopening businesses? Well that's over. Gov. Abbott this week said hair salons can open ahead of schedule after conservatives were outraged over the case of one salon owner who was briefly jailed in Dallas for contempt of court. That's after Abbott earlier said people could be jailed for violating his orders.
