Well folks, we can put an officially put a wrap on the 2024 Iowa whitetail season. While some states, especially down south are still rolling with their whitetail seasons, we have begun to get into a winter scouting mode. We are putting out bales of alfalfa, moving a few cameras to check to see if some of our bucks have made it through the late season, and getting ready to walk for sheds. Shed hunting can be a major benefit for exploring pieces of your farms to look for new areas that could be huntable for the next season.
