    >*Greetings my people, I hope you are all very well, both #hivers and #swc colleagues. I share with you the second day of the tension week applying specificity to strength and technique. # _*Front Lever | Straddle Planche*_
    ---

    >*The Straddle Planche is an advanced level element of calisthenics, located in the zone of pushing force and levers. The most desired element by athletes who live in competitions, its aesthetics are simply super striking. But even more importantly, it leaves us just one step away from the acclaimed Full Planche.*
    >*It consists of placing the body parallel to the ground using a second degree lever. Physically speaking, it's crazy. It is done on the floor, parallel bars, fixed bars, rings, blocks, wherever. The muscles involved or those that show the greatest activation are: Deltoids (shoulders), serratus, Core (abdomen), Glutes and some Gastrocnemius (calves), the latter two for reasons of aesthetics and prevention of lumbar injuries, it is important to work them.*

    # _*Hefesto*_
    ---
*Practica regularmente, y verás cómo mejoras poco a poco.
    ---
*The Hephaestus is a calisthenics power movement that consists of performing a pull-up while hanging from the bar upside down horizontally with an underhand grip, and then, in the rise phase, performing a push-up with a reverse grip (Korean Dip ). The movement is completed when you return to the initial Korean Bottom position.*
*This movement is a challenge for the upper body, since it requires strength, power and coordination. The main muscles involved are the biceps, forearms, deltoids and pectoralis.*
*To perform the Hephaestus correctly, the following steps must be followed:*
    >**1. Position yourself under the bar with an underhand grip, hands at shoulder height.**
    >**2. Perform a pull-up, lifting your body until your chin is above the bar.**
    >**3. In the raise phase, perform a reverse grip push-up, raising your body until your lower back touches the bar.**
*Something that can help you are these points:*
    >**1. Start with a wide grip, and then narrow your grip as you gain strength.**
    >**2. Focus your weight on your feet, not your hands.**
    >**3. Keep your back straight throughout the movement.**
*Practice regularly, and you will see how you improve little by little.
The Hephaestus is a very attractive and demanding movement, which will help you develop great strength and power in the upper body.*

    >*Hello my people, greetings to all the #hivers and colleagues of #swc, I hope you are all well. I share with you day two of the download week applied to Hephaestus. I have noticed a lot of progress training this way, I still continue practicing the technique since it is a little complex, but it is better to go little by little to be able to raise awareness faster and in the process, we avoid getting injured, this being the most harmful element of calisthenics. I don't have much to say, you already know what the move is like, below you have the description of this element, and at the beginning you have the video of the routine.*

    ---
    >*Hello my people, greetings to all the #hivers and colleagues of #swc, I hope you are all well. As you know or perhaps have noticed, I don't usually upload my leg workouts, I simply don't record those workouts, that part is not very striking in our sport, but we do train them and it is super important. Remember that these are the limbs that we use every day to move around and therefore we must keep them strong. Those who see my posts from a long time ago will know that despite not training with weight, my 1RM in free squat is +90kg, I know that if I dedicate myself to training weighted legs judiciously, I reach +120kg quickly, but the The truth is that I use the money I earn at my job justly, that's why I train most of the time with body weight, but even so, I have the necessary strength to lift those +90kg. Soon they will be +100kg and then 120, that is the goal.*

    # _*Front Lever | Straddle Planche*_
    ---

    >*Hello my people, greetings to all the #hivers and colleagues of #swc, I hope you are all well. We are already close to the deload week, but first it is time to add some resistance to the Tension training. This week, in which I worked on tension for two days, varying the lever, traction and maintenance forces in this case, I was able to notice improvements in the execution and proprioception of some elements. I don't have much more to add so well, I hope you like the video and the content.*

    # _*Front Lever | Straddle Planche*_
    ---
    ---
    >*The Front Lever is an intermediate-advanced level element of calisthenics, located in the area of traction force and levers. This is one of the first elements of tension that every competitive athlete wants to achieve due to their visual form and high level of body control.*
    >*It basically consists of placing the body horizontally in relation to the ground, holding on to a fixed bar, rings or surface that allows it to be done without causing any inconvenience.*
    ---
    >*The Straddle Planche is an advanced level element of calisthenics, located in the zone of pushing force and levers.

    >*Hello my people, greetings to all the #hivers and colleagues of #swc, I hope you are all well. This last week and part of the current week it is time to do a muscle release.
