People today have a lot of different ideas about the Bible.  Those who haven’t read it think it’s just a bunch of outdated laws and rules.  Some people have a dislike for it because it doesn’t keep up with the changes they’d like to make in the culture.  It may sometimes be intimidating to say that you believe it’s the Word of God. Today, Pastor Mark shows that doubting God’s Word is not just a modern invention.  During the time of Isaiah, as well as the time of Christ, a lot of people didn’t take too kindly to the words of the prophets.  But when you put your trust in the Word of God, it doesn’t matter what other people say; you’re looking for His approval.
