In this episode, Dr. Rodolfo Morales-Avalos of Monterrey, Mexico discusses his latest paper on femoral torsion with our Professor Khanduja. Dr. Morales’s team looked at the biomechanics of maltorsion on cadaveric knees, and found that it had an impact on both patellofemoral and tibiofemoral pressures. Their findings are an important step in prescribing rotational osteotomies for patients.
