Join us for a conversational, yet educational episode on boundaries and codependency. We discuss the difference between rigid, porous, and healthy boundaries and their traits. Along with sharing with y’all about our own personal experiences; not only have others had difficulties with the boundaries we have set, but we’ve also struggled with following through on them. We are all human and we aren’t perfect, but boundaries help ensure our safety and wellbeing. Working on establishing healthy boundaries is important and worth it.
