Lalor discussed with Wilson his background in business, the Republican Primary, Reagan's 11th Commandment, the plan to beat Gov. Hochul and his priorities if elected.
Lalor speaks with former Congressman John Faso who is leading Republican efforts against gerrymandering in the courts. Faso argues that the newly drawn district lines violate a new provision of the New York State Constitution. In 2014 the people of New York voted to amend the state constitution to include an explicit ban on partisan gerrymandering. Article III, Section 4, reads as follows: “Districts shall not be drawn to discourage competition or for the purpose of favoring or disfavoring incumbents or other particular candidates or political parties.”
The success or failure of Faso's efforts will impact not only the make up of New York's congressional delegation, but could determine whether or not Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats hold power in the US House. Take a listen.
Lalor discusses his 2001 training with the Ukraine Naval Infantry in Ukraine and the current war between Russia and Ukraine.
Lalor also interviews Sarah Hanganu the dynamic chair of the Dutchess County Chapter of Moms For Liberty. They discuss Moms For Liberty's successes and the battles ahead including electing pro-liberty and pro-child school board members in May.
Lalor celebrates the greatness of George Washington on our first president's 290th birthday. He also discusses the 42nd anniversary of the Miracle on Ice.
Assemblyman Kevin Byrne joins Lalor for a discussion of his race for Putnam County Executive as well as the failure of the Hochul administration to investigate nursing home deaths. The two also cover the concern that noncitizen voting could spread from New York City to the Hudson Valley.
Lalor dissects a Siena College poll that has Sleepy Joe in free fall and the three Republican candidates for governor with similar favorability numbers.
Lalor and Dutchess County Sheriff Kirk Imperati discuss the work of the Sheriff's Office, Imperati's experience as a Deputy and as the Undersheriff for the past 15 years. They also discuss Imperati's campaign for election to Sheriff which takes place in November.
Lalor discusses how we got to the point where there were so few Republicans in the legislature that we couldn't stop hyper partisan redistricting especially the Congressional lines.
Lalor Interviews Chad LaVeglia and Will Luciani, two of the lawyers behind the big mask mandate lawsuit that won at the Supreme Court level but has been appealed by Governor Hochul.
Finally, Lalor discusses the accusations of racism against the NY Giants and the NFL by former Dolphins head coach Brian Flores.
Lalor speaks with Cornell Law Professor William A. Jacobson about his federal class action lawsuit against the NYS Dept. of Health for discrimination.
From the complaint:
"The New York Department of Health recently established guidelines for medical providers to give automatic priority to “non-whites” and individuals with 'Hispanic/Latino ethnicity” in distributing life-saving COVID-19 treatments. See Memorandum of December 27, 2021 (attached as Exhibit 1). Under these guidelines, nonHispanic white individuals who test positive for COVID-19 are ineligible for oral antiviral treatments unless they also demonstrate “a medical condition or other factors that increase their risk for severe illness.'
Lalor and Professor Jacobson also cover Jacobson's successful legal website LegalInsurrection.com and how leftist on and off campus have tried to "cancel" him for being the only openly right of center person on the Cornell campus.
Lalor addresses a video put out by the Molinaro Administration that is encouraging children to get vaccinated. Lalor was critical because it ignores much of what we have learned in recent months about the vaccine and because it downplays potential side effects. Lalor also states that a Republican led county pushing the vaccine increases the likelihood that Gov. Hochul will issue a statewide vaccine mandate for children. Lalor believes that perceived lack of local opposition to a vaccine mandate for kids leads Hochul to believe she can ram through the mandate without much opposition.
Lalor also speaks with Cornel Law Professor William Jacobson, the Plaintiff in a federal class action lawsuit against the New York State Department of health's racial discrimination in distributing Covid treatments.
Lalor and Rep. Zeldin discuss the campaign for governor, crime, mandates and Kathy Hochul's massive campaign war chest and the shady way she got it.
Lalor and Andrew Giuliani discuss his time working in the Trump White House, the campaign for governor, mandates, crime, the economy and Andrew's growing family.
