Would you trust any tax software vendor to support your sales & use tax compliance obligation? On this episode, I interviewed Lisa Kugel, Sales Partner & Affiliate Manager -Microsoft from Wolters Kluwer and learned that you can absolutely trust CCH Wolters Kluwer, the largest tax solution firm in the U.S. and the World for the past 100+ years. Being a former CPA and a small business owner, I found that while tax compliance isn't the most fun topic, staying compliant in an ever-changing world of tax legislation is very important and gives organizations peace of mind in one end-to-end solution. 

I had a chance to do a recap of SummitNA 2023 with my friend and colleague, Bob McAdam from CAVALLO! We talked about what happened at this year's Dynamic Communities SummitNA 2023 conference held on October 15-20, 2023, in Charlotte, NC. It looks like SummitNA continues to grow with great educational and networking opportunities. There was higher attendance than the prior year and great pre-conference and evening events! Highlights this year were the “Future of GP” general session, the Expo Hall, the PowerGP Online party, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame reception! It is always great to meet in person with old friends and make new connections!
