Are you still using spreadsheets for your operations and accounting needs? In this episode of ISV Talks, I interviewed Marius Šičkinas and Sarunas Certokas from SOFT4 who find that their clients have previously used home grown systems or relied on spreadsheets to manage their commercial property portfolios and do their lease accounting.  

While spreadsheets are popular, Property Management companies and other long-term rental companies have unique needs for managing their commercial properties. One of the main benefits of the SOFT4 solution is that customers can manage properties and have their accounting done in one easy-to-use system on Business Central.

For those who don't want to stay up late to run the standard archive process, you can run the archive process automatically during system down time or if you prefer, setup to run a regular routine database maintenance! Huge time savings!! 

This blew my mind! Did you know that mobile workers in the United States are estimated to increase to over 93 million mobile workers using mobile devices by 2024? That is almost 30% of the US population that are part of the mobile workforce!
