Before you listen - I want to let you know this episode is heavy. I share openly about pregnancy loss and a serious head injury. If either of those topics feel difficult for you right now, please feel free to skip this one or come back when you're in a safer space to listen. And if anything comes up for you, please reach out for support. You don't have to hold it alone - Samaritans Helpline is 116 123 from any phone.
This year started with magic.
Lapland with Jamie. A proposal in one of our favourite places. A new business. A future we were building together.
And then — quietly, privately — something happened that I carried in silence for years.
A decision no woman makes lightly. A grief I didn't know how to name. And a shame I thought I had to hold alone.
Weeks later, our world shattered in a completely different way.
A phone call in the middle of the night. A hospital. ICU. Brain surgery.
And through all of it — the world just kept moving.
It didn't pause. It didn't wait for me to be ready.
I wish I had breathwork then.
This is one of the hardest episodes I've ever recorded.
Listen now...
