Professor Nikolai Petrovsky is the Director of Endocrinology (Flinders Medical Centre), Professor of Medicine (Flinders University), Vice President of the International Immunomics Society, Founder of Vaxine and the creator of COVAX-19 and Spikogen.

He joins us for the second time in the follow up interview to discuss the progress of his traditional protein vaccine (COVAX-19/Spikogen), the medical ethics of mandating vaccines, a comparison of vaccine types, concerns with mRNA and adenoviral vector vaccines, vaccine adverse event incidence rates, and the scientific errors being made by politicians conflating community protection with individual protection.

As a vaccine creator, Professor Petrovsky is very vocal on his LinkedIn account against the mandating of vaccines, especially with no scientific justification.

Some may miss parts in this interview where he nonchalantly drops bombshells regarding his now approved protein vaccines. It may be the case that we have successfully created a traditional vaccine, right here in Australia, that completely outperforms the major products on the market today AND has a significantly lower adverse event rate.

As data is released showing the performance of his and other competitor protein vaccines (such as NovaVax) it will raise sticky questions for Australian Health Minister Greg Hunt MP:

1. Why has the Australian government refused to engage with Australian vaccine creators?

2. Why has CSL refused to cooperate with Australian vaccine companies?

3. What are in those secret commercial contracts with Pfizer et al?

4. Are there clauses that prevent competition and consideration of products that are actually safer for the Australian population?

This is a follow up on the David and Goliath story of Swoop Digital vs Twiggy Forrest.

We previously called it 'a story of theft, dishonesty and moral hypocrisy' well now we can add aggression. Ray Poole - the founder of Swoop Digital and owner of the registered trademark - has been countersued by the legal team from Twiggy Forrest's companies. 

Ray claims that after our initial expose, Twiggy's company changed their counterfeit logo within days and then threatened a court order 'security for costs' which would force the underdog (Ray) to unfairly stump up a massive sum of cash to proceed. We can confirm that this threat was made, and was made based erroneously on a comment Ray made to us previously that he was 'putting it all on the line'.

Ray contends that this amounts to a denial of right to litigate, and entrenches the cancer in Australia's judicial system that reserves justice for the considerably wealthy and nobody else.

Ray's hope is that Twiggy Forrest himself is not aware of the shady practices of his companies and when it does eventually come to his attention that he will live up to not only his reputation, but the ethical standards that his companies overtly demand on their websites and policy documents.

Acting Senior Sergeant Krystle Mitchell is a sworn member of the Victoria Police in Australia. She has served Victorians for 16 years as a police officer including 6 years at Professional Standards Command - the division responsible for investigating police misconduct, corruption, discrimination and freedom of information, referring investigations to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) where appropriate.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell cites ethical conflicts as the reason for speaking publicly about conduct of Victoria Police officers, their Chief Commissioner - Shane Patton, their Minister - the Hon. Lisa Neville MP, and ultimately their Premier - the Hon. Daniel Andrews MP. She feels she can no longer remain silent with the division between police and community is growing, and totally ignored by the leadership of both the police and government.

Despite a promise to focus on 'Community Policing' and 'Back to Basics' policing by Shane Patton, Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell has witnessed the opposite trajectory during the Covid-19 pandemic and is reminding her colleagues that ultimately they will individually be held accountable for their actions, and are still subject to s 462A of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic) which forbids the disproportionate use of force. 

She is also calling for Victoria Police to remain consistent to the values, ethics and decision making frameworks (such as SELF) that it used to demand of its members a mere 2 years ago.

Greg Barns SC is the Spokesman for the Australian Lawyers Alliance and author of Rise of the Right: The War on Australia’s Liberal Values (2019). 

Admitted to the Victorian Bar in 1986, Greg has been very vocal against human rights abuses and has called for Australia to adopt a Bill of Rights to protect both its citizens and journalists who are tasked with scrutinising governments. He continues to practise as a barrister, lecture in law at RMIT and write for various publications.

In this interview we discussed the erosion of human rights by powerful executive governments in their desperation to respond to Covid-19. Importantly, Greg stresses that the decline in human rights we are witnessing in Australia started long before and pandemic.
