Former Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet is Kansas City through and through.

Born and raised in KCK, graduated from Piper High School…he made a name for himself in show business, but never forgot where he came from.

He tirelessly supports our sports teams, so much so that he’s invested in the Royals.

He’s bought land here to say rooted in the city.

AND he’s a big part of what has become a huge part of our city, the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend to benefit Children’s Mercy Hospital…and he’ll be coming home for that June 24-25!!
We FINALLY got to talk to Eric for the first time on the show this morning, and he just might be our new best friend!!
