They say journey is the experience and the experience is the journey. We're on this journey called life and life be life-in'. But as life is life-in', are you happening to life or are you allowing life to happen to you? You have survived 100% of the worst days of your life, so why would now be any different?

Take note from H.E.R in her single, "The Journey" and know that it's all about the journey, "it's the getting there to where you're going to. Going through hell, but still, you're gonna make it through." Yes you! You are going to make it through.
