25 years on from Northampton Town's first visit to Wembley Stadium - and our first win there - in the Division 3 Play Off Final, It's All Cobblers To Me speaks to some of the legends of that era.

On a traditionally warm and sunny final day of the season, The Cobblers went to Barrow and did what they had to do - win comfortably. Unfortunately, Bristol Rovers managed to overturn their goal difference deficit by thrashing Scunthorpe United 7-0 to clinch the third automatic promotion spot.

It's a hard one for all of us to take but take it we must as we move on to the play-offs where Mansfield Town await.

Charles, Danny and Neil chat about the Barrow game, things not going our way and the tremendous achievements of NTFC Women, as they win their league.

The Cobblers travel to Barrow-In-Furness for what we hope will be the last game of the season this Saturday.

What a weekend of football that was!

After the Cobblers drew 1-1 with Exeter we thought it might be all over but then Mansfield and Port Vale had a wobble and we're essentially back where we started, with it all in our own hands. Incredible!

Charles, Danny, neil and Jefé reflect on what was a pretty marvellous day out at the football on Saturday, Monday's results and the permutations for the last day of the season.

We're also hearing from you - yes you! - in a packed Neil's Postbag and James Wiles reports on another win for NTFC Women as they hunt down Chesterfield Ladies to claim the league title and promotion to the 4th tier.

They’re cycling 500 miles in 7 days, visiting the 6 football grounds that Lee played at on the home side. They arrived in Northampton on Monday evening and were fed by the club’s restaurant team. 25 years on from Northampton Town's first visit to Wembley Stadium - and our first win there - in the Division 3 Play Off Final, It's All Cobblers To Me speaks to some of the legends of that era.

While 32,000 Cobblers fans were inside Wembley, there were still many back home in Northamptonshire. All trying to keep up to date with what was happening at the game.

The easiest way for most, as is the case still today, was to turn on the radio and tune into 104.2 or 103.6 FM for BBC Radio Northampton and hear Mike Sewell's commentary of the game.

Despite having gone on to commentate and report on the Premier League, Champions League and World Cups, Mike still hails that day watching the Cobblers as his defining moment.

In this episode, Mike chats to Charles about life as a local sports reporter for the BBC, the squad that Ian Atkins assembled and what it was like to commentate on one of The Cobblers' most famous goals in their history.
