Never in my life did I dream that I would EVER have recorded an episode like this. On July 7, 2023, after an angiogram, I got word that my heart was a mess and that I was a ticking time bomb. On July 10, 2023 I underwent a 6 bypass open heart surgery that sent shockwaves through many, especially after I thought I was quite possibly in the best shape of my life at 57 years old. Listen in to a very descriptive account of this entire wild ride the summer of '23 took me on and most of all please learn from it. I'm so glad to be back. -JBH
