Sonia T. knows that if she doesn't move or have a physical connection with her body, not only does her spirit suffer but it has a direct effect on her ability to connect with her higher powers. As sensitive people, we get saturated with other people's energy and if you do not take time to ground yourself, then that's the start of the cookie crumbling.
Taking care of yourself physically is the most important thing you can do to live an intuitive life. Empaths need grounding! Sabrina has seen the negative impacts of an ungrounded intuitive. In fact, they actually end up overdoing things that come out through bad habits, like shopping, over consumption of food, and more. However, if you take care of your inner needs, a lot of these external self-soothing strategies will subside.
