On September 2, 2003, Alan Johnson and his wife, Diane, were shot to death in their home. The only survivor in the home was the couple's 16-year-old daughter, Sarah. On September 11, 2016, two 911 calls were made in Eclectic, Alabama. The first 911 came from Michael Holton. He reported that his teenage son, Madison, had thrown a house party. The second 911 call came in 11 minutes later from a neighbor of the Holton's. They reported that they heard several gunshots. When the police arrived, two people in the Holton house had been shot.
