Sorry for talking so fast, let me know in the comments (might need to download the free podbean app) or on socials @itsfarapy if you want a slower or deeper version of this! I’ll be making YouTube videos too for more depth. Anyways listen internally until you come to a place of stillness, and then use your awareness to see what stands out to you as an intuitive message. We spend so much time asking for guidance that we forget to stop and be open to receiving an answer! Two ears and only one mouth people, listen more than you speak.
“Raise my vibration” is said by those who are holding onto traumas and want to go up and out of their reality. Your vibration is your signature, like your thumbprint. When there’s trauma it shows up as noise in your vibrational field, like pockets of chaos, like knots in your hair. The goal is to detangle (release the charge around memories), and with this clarity we are more conductive electrical beings, so it raises our voltage (and energy levels) rather than raising our vibration. Subtle change in language but it makes a world of difference in understanding!
Having a mental breakthrough or stepping into a new abundance mindset is usually followed by a period of releasing the old limiting beliefs. Choosing a better life means facing your fears about it, and still choosing to move forward rather than relapsing into the old ways. A good support system is helpful here!

Notice your subconscious reactions! Video version available @itsfarapy on TikTok called “Reactions”.

To channel creativity in a focused stream, there needs to be some kind of structure and organization.
Thinking about all the steps required to getting to your goal is daunting, it makes you feel further from your destination and less likely to take action. You need to think about the first step, and then do it, before working on the next step, don’t worry about what’s next until you do the first thing you need to do, it’s a lot scarier in your head.
