What you seek is balance, not to be extreme. So often in the mind we visualize a desired future that is so extremely different from what we have now, but it’s imbalanced. Balance is natural, and the things that aren’t natural don’t last long.
It’s difficult to make decisions when you feel like you have a split personality and each side wants something different, but this seems to be the way most of us live. Living an integrated life means you feel whole within yourself and aligned on all levels with every decision you make.
I’ve recently begun fasting and am transitioning to a raw foods diet, which is helping me feel more alive and well! I’ve also discovered that women follow not only a 24hr circadian rhythm, but also a 28 day infradian rhythm, which is so unheard of that even my autocorrect is telling me infradian is not a real word...sigh. Honestly women have been disempowered in every way possible, especially with our education, so it’s time to step into our power by following our natural cycle.
Happy episode 50! I've decided to start numbering the episodes haha :) This is a special show because it features my friend Ben from Skip the Noise Podcast, which you should follow if you're into unbiased world news and politics! Ben and I discuss how a tarot reading I'd done for him in the past played out in his life, as well as diving deep on many other topics. We go over dream states, relationships, nutrition, the limits of meditation, synchronicities, life after death, subconscious programming, and plenty more! This episode is a fun one if you're looking for quick references to many spiritual questions. I hope you enjoy it, and please leave a review so I can feature you on the show as well ;)
As kids, we're pretty go with the flow, but as we grow up we learn to build walls in our flow, also known as resistance. These barriers served to protect us at first, but once outgrown, all they do is hinder us from moving forward. In this episode, I illustrate this point with a dream I had about a child playing with boulders in a stream, and I give a glimpse of what it takes to feel truly peaceful.
The solution is simpler than the problem, but you can't find a solution when you're operating at the level of the problem. Feeling the limitations of the issue means you don't have the space to step back and find the broader perspective.
I want to live in a world where relationships multiply, not swap, and that starts with how I carry myself. The Age of Aquarius is the age of independent expression, which brings with it a need to look deeper at what makes us tick. We can no longer get away with projecting our problems onto others, so it's time to take responsibility for our lives. This podcast is an anecdote of what I've been learning in my relationships.
Ghosting is one of those things that doesn't provide closure, and we're here to talk about the real stuff. Many times relationships end abruptly. One or both parties miss out on expressing everything they felt about each other and asking any unresolved questions. We move on consciously, yet in the back of our minds, the loose ends are still there. Socially it doesn't feel right to reach out anymore, and we rationalize that there's no reason to, after all, we have moved on on the surface...
